Override phone numbers

It is possible that sometimes you want to override the customer’s phone number with your own contact when placing orders to AliExpress. Maybe it is because you want the AliExpress suppliers to directly contact you or there are some other reasons. Or it is because the customer didn't put the phone number in the contact information and you have to fill in the phone number by yourself.
How to override customer’s phone numbers

- Login to DSers >
Settings > Order. - Scroll to the Phone Number Optimization part.
- Under "Override phone number", click
on the Country selector to choose a country in the Dropdown menu and enter the phone number that suits the requirement in the box for the country. - For other countries, click
and click on the Country selector to select Global in the Dropdown menu and enter the phone number in the box. - Click SAVE.

📕 NOTE
If you have also set the default phone number for the same country you choose here, DSers will apply the default phone number settings in the case that your customer does not fill in the phone number.
