In DSers, we let the user have control over their orders.
In case you have accidentally manually fulfilled an order on DSers or met any issue, you can always roll back the fulfilled orders on DSers and place them to AliExpress again.

Go to DSers – Open Orders and access the Fulfilled tab. Select the order(s) for which you want to cancel fulfillment, then click Roll back orders.
A new window will open, click on ROLL BACK ORDERS.
Enter CONFIRM to make sure you want to roll back the order(s) and click on Yes.
After your successfully submit the request, we will process it in the backend. It may take some time to finish. If the status doesn’t change for a long time, please feel free to contact our customer service.
If the order was successfully rolled back, it will be moved back to the Awaiting order tab, and you will be able to place it again.
You cannot roll back Bundle or BOGO orders.
Orders for Bundle or BOGO are in fact multiple AliExpress orders placed as one, therefore it’s not possible to roll them back.
If part of the Bundle or BOGO order is fulfilled, you won't be able to roll back just part of it because the order as a whole will be rolled back and you will lose the data created so far (like the AliExpress order number and the Tracking number).
As always, be very careful when you manually fulfill an order.
