In case you accidentally changed the order status on WooCommerce from Processing to Completed or met any other issue, it is very easy to cancel the fulfillment of an order on WooCommerce.
There are two ways you can do it on WooCommerce:
-Cancel fulfillment of an order
-Cancel fulfillment of orders in bulk
Here’s how you can do it.
Go to WooCommerce – Orders and click on the order for which you want to cancel the fulfillment.
On the Edit order page, click on the Status to access the drop-down list.
Select Processing from the drop-down list.
Then click on Update from the Order actions.
Now, this order is marked as Processing on WooCommerce.
Go back to DSers – Open Orders.
You will see the order is also moved to the Awaiting order tab.
WooCommerce also allows you to cancel the fulfillment of multiple orders at once.
To do that go to WooCommerce – Orders and select all the orders for which you want to cancel fulfillment.
Click on Bulk actions.
Select Change status to processing.
Then, click on Apply.
Now, these orders are marked as Processing on WooCommerce.
If you go back to DSers – Open Orders.
You will see these orders are also moved to the Awaiting order tab.
Just as simple as that, you now know how to cancel the fulfillment of orders on WooCommerce.
