Synchronize your store orders

Synchronize store orders is a feature that helps you synchronize store orders to DSers based on your selected time range.
As for the synchronization limit for specific sales channels, you can check the table below.
| Sales channel | Synchronization limit |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Orders in the last 60 days. |
| WooCommerce | Not any specific limits. |
| Wix | Orders in the last 90 days. |

1. After you connect to a new store, DSers will synchronize store orders generated in the past 7 days automatically.
2. The feature is not available for orders of hidden products.
Synchronize orders from your store manually
- Login to DSers >
Settings > General Setting > Synchronize to DSers. - In the Synchronize store orders part, select a store in the store selector Dropdown menu.
- The Time range selector is set to choose a date range of 30 days by default. You can click on it and re-select your desired time range.
