Customize tracking page URL

As a dropshipper, your customers may know that your products are from third parties such as AliExpress or agents if you provide shipping tracking service through DSers. For this problem, you can take advantage of the Edit Tracking Page UR feature to modify the tracking page URLs as per your needs.

How to customize the tracking page URL

Login to DSers > Settings > Sales channel Setting > Fulfill Flow Manager.
Scroll to Fulfillment Settings, and access the Shopify tab.
Scroll down to Email Settings, and click on the Shopify store for which you turn on the Tracking page service.
Under Custom Tracking Url, click on next to the default tracking page URL.
In the Tracking Page Url Pop-up, the grey part is fixed and cannot be changed. You can modify the end part of the URL in the blank box.
Once confirmed, click .
Login to Shopify > Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Select DSers in the app lists.
Scroll down to locate App proxy.
Under App Proxy Url, click Customize URL.
In the Edit App Proxy URL Pop-up, modify the URL to make it the same as you set for the store in DSers.
Click Save.

Now, for stores for which you have activated the Tracking page service, your customer can check the tracking page displayed using your customized URL.
