If you want to synchronize the delivered status
of orders to your store automatically, you need to be on a Pro plan or above and turn on the corresponding feature. Check the content below to learn simple steps and how it works.
How to turn on the Sync delivered status of orders to store feature
- Login to DSers >
Settings > Sales channel Setting > Synchronize to Store. - Scroll to Order Details Synchronization.
- Under Sync delivered status of orders to store, turn on
for this feature.

DSers only supports the synchronization of orders that have been delivered within a maximum of 30 days
