Synchronize delivered status of orders to store is a feature to help you synchronize the "Delivered" status of orders to your store automatically if you’re on a Pro plan or above. Check the content below to learn simple steps to enable it and how it works.
How to turn on the Synchronize delivered status of orders to store feature
- Login to DSers >
Settings > Order Setting > Synchronize to Store. - Scroll to Order Details Synchronization.
- Under Sync delivered status of orders to store, the feature is off by default, turn on
to activate it.

1. DSers only supports the synchronization of orders that have been delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
2. Only when all items of an order have been delivered will DSers automatically synchronize the order status in your store to "Delivered".
