Automated Mapping
DSers Automated Mapping feature lets you configure mapping settings according to your needs and apply them to your products automatically. You can decide how your suppliers are matched to your products after you have completed the settings below.
How to set up Automated Mapping
- Login to DSers > Settings > Supplier Setting > Automated Mapping or click in the Supplier Management card when you do mapping for your products.
- The button for "Should the first imported product be set as the default supplier?" is on by default, keep it on if you want the first-imported product to be the default supplier of your unmapped product when you do mapping for it. Otherwise, you can turn off the button.
- The button for "When the store product matches your mapped supplier's product Option and Option Value, should it be automatically mapped?" is on by default, keep it on if your answer is yes. Otherwise, you can turn off the button.
- The button for "When the Option Value of the store product is different from the supplier product you mapped, DSers can automatically map it for you according to the corresponding relationship between the Option Values you set below." is off by default, turn on when you need to match your product options and the supplier options. Then enter the store product option value in the box under Store Product OptionValue and the supplier product option value in the box under Supplier Product OptionValue.
- The button for "Newly imported store products are set to Agent Mapping by default and will automatically map the Agent ID you set here." is off by default, turn on if you want to activate automated agent mapping. Then click on the box of a store and select the agent from the Dropdown list you desire as your product supplier.

2. The settings will be applied to both main suppliers and sub-suppliers of your products.
