How to cancel an order

How to cancel an AliExpress order

1. Login to DSers > Open Orders > AliExpress.
2. Access the Awaiting payment tab.
3. Click on the Ali Order No on the Order Card of the order that you want to reorder. You will then be directed to the order details page on AliExpress.
4. Find and click on the Cancel Order button to cancel this order.
5. On the Refund page, choose a reason why you want to cancel the order and click Submit.
6. In the Pop-up, click confirm.

How to cancel a Tmall order

1. Login to DSers > Open Order > Tmall.
2. Access Unpaid in the same line of Payment Link.
3. Select your wanted time range under Date.
4. Under Status, select Unpaid and click .
5. Locate the order that you want and click Check payment.
6. Under Select Payment Method, click Cancel payment.

How to cancel an Agency order

1. Login to DSers > Open Order > Agency.
2. Access the Awaiting payment/Awaiting Shipment tab.
3. Click on the Order Card of the order you want to cancel.
4. Hit on and click Cancel Orders Manually on the Navigator Bar.
