Change the agent for a product

Even after you map an agent for a product, you can change it when necessary.

Change the agent in My Products

Login to DSers > My Products.
Select the Agent tab in the Navigator Bar.
Hover on the Product Card and click .
Delete the current agent ID and re-fill in an Agent ID for each variant or select from the dropdown list in the Agency ID column.
Click .

To map the products in bulk, click on Agent ID to enter or select an agent ID and click on dsers-apply-all-variant .

Change the agent in Open Orders

Login to DSers > Open Orders > Agent.
In the Awaiting Orders tab, click in the same line of the product for which you want to replace the agent.
Delete the current agent ID and refill in an agency ID for each variant in the Agent ID column.
Click .

Now, you can place orders to the new agent.
