Change the agency for a product

Support:

Change the agency in My Products

1. Login to DSers > My Products.
2. Select the Agency tab in the Navigator Bar.
3. Hover on the Product Card and click .
4. Re-fill in an agency ID for each variant in the Agency ID column.
5. Click SAVE.

Change the agency in Open Orders

1. Login to DSers > Open Orders > Agency.
2. In the Awaiting Orders tab, click in the same line of the product for which you want to replace the agency.
3. Refill in an agency ID for each variant in the Agency ID column.
4. Click SAVE.
