How to change your password

Method 1: Change the password in your DSers dashboard

1. Login to DSers.
2. Hover on the Account name on the right of the Top Bar and click Account.
3. Click Security.
4. In the Security part, click in the same line of Password.
5. In the Pop-up, input your old password and then your new password and double-input it to confirm.
6. Click SAVE.

Method 2: Change the password on the DSers login page

1. Reach DSers login page and click "Forgot password".
2. In the Pop-up, input the email of your account and click Email instructions.
3. Go to your email box and open the email named "Start your business on DSers".
Be sure that your account email is a real and valid one, or you cannot receive the email.
4. Click on Reset password. You will be taken to the DSers Reset Password page .
5. Enter your new password, and double-input it to confirm.
6. Click RESET PASSWORD.
