Due to the AliExpress name identification system, there must be a full name and a space between the Name and Surname in your customer information for all orders to Brazil, France, Japan and Canada, Saudi Arabia & UAE. Otherwise, those orders cannot be placed to AliExpress.
If you have failed to place an order, you can turn on a button in DSers to optimize your customer’s name and try to place the order again.
How to suit name spacing requirements
To make sure your customer's name has been filled in the contact name correctly, you may need to make some changes or check some fields in your Shopify/Woo/Wix store.
Make sure to select "Require first and last name" under the Full name option.
Click Save.
This will ensure that your customer enters their first and last name in two different fields and DSers will then automatically separate them when the order synchronizes.
Click on the order for which you want to check the first name and last name.
Find the Shipping part and click the Edit icon to check your customer's first name and last name and modify them if necessary to ensure they are correctly filled in.

Find the Order Info part and click Edit-Shipping Address to check your customer's first name and last name and modify them if necessary to ensure they are correctly filled in.
Click on Save.
