Hide/Unhide a product in DSers

Hiding a product does not mean you won’t see it in DSers. It only means you will not be able to see orders of the product in DSers so you cannot process them any more.

Sometimes you want to treat a specific product differently. For example, you may have a product you don’t want to manage through DSers. Therefore, DSers has developed a feature for you to hide a product. If you receive an order for a hidden product in your store, it won't be shown in future orders on DSers.

How to hide a product

Login to DSers > My Products.
Hide a product or multiple products.
1. Hide a single product: Click the icon on the Product Card, then click Hide Product to hide the product.
2. Hide multiple products: Check the boxes on the Product Card and click to hide the selected products.
Input CONFIRM and click the CONFIRM button.

If successful, the product will be marked as "Hidden" at the top center of the Product Card.

1. You can click on Filter > Filter by Store Product Status to filter hidden products.

When the product is hidden, it will not be displayed in the next orders that arrive in your DSers account, meaning that even if you have an order in your store for this product and synchronize the orders manually in DSers-Settings, the order syncing to DSers will not have this product in it.

How to unhide a product

Login to DSers > My Products.
Find the "Hidden" product you want to unhide.
Click the icon on the Product Card, then click Unhide Product to unhide the product.

Once the product is unhidden, you will be able to place the next orders that contain the unhidden products normally to your suppliers.
