Replace AliExpress/Tmall supplier with an agency

As long as an order hasn't been placed to your suppliers, you're able to replace any supplier with a new one. In this article, you will learn how to exchange an AliExpress or Tmall supplier for an agency(off-platform supplier) in two methods.

Replace AliExpress/Tmall supplier with an agency in My Products

Login to DSers > My Products.
Select the AliExpress/Tmall tab in the Navigator Bar.
Hover on the Product Card and click .
Click "×" on the upper-right corner or anywhere on the left Margin to go back to the Supplier Management card.
Select "Agency".
Turn on to the right of "Status".
Fill in agency IDs for each variant in the Agency ID column.
Click SAVE.

Replace AliExpress/Tmall supplier with an agency in Open Orders

Login to DSers > Open Orders > AliExpress/Tmall.
In the Awaiting Orders tab, click in the same line of the product for which you want to change the supplier.
Click "×" on the upper-right corner or anywhere on the left Margin to go back to the Supplier Management card.
Select "Agency".
Turn on to the right of "Status".
Fill in agency IDs for each variant in the Agency ID column.
Click SAVE.
