2 Methods to Replace the AliExpress Supplier with An Agency

As long as an order hasn't been placed to your suppliers, you're able to replace any supplier with a new one. In this article, you will learn how to exchange an AliExpress, Alibaba or 1688 Dropshipping supplier for an agency(off-platform supplier) in two methods.

Replace AliExpress/Alibaba/1688 Dropshipping supplier with an agency in My Products

Login to DSers > My Products.
Select the AliExpress/Alibaba/1688 Dropshipping tab in the Navigator Bar.
Hover on the Product Card and click .
Select "Advanced Mapping".
Fill in agency IDs on Import supplier to Favorites blank and click OK to import this Agent.
Select agency ID for each variant
Apply Advanced Mapping and Click SAVE.

Replace AliExpress/Alibaba/1688 Dropshipping supplier with an agency in Open Orders

Login to DSers > Open Orders > AliExpress/Alibaba/1688 Dropshipping.
In the Awaiting Orders tab, click in the same line of the product for which you want to change the supplier.
Select "Advanced Mapping".
Fill in agency IDs on Import supplier to Favorites blank and click OK to import this Agent.
Select agency ID for each variant
Apply Advanced Mapping and Click SAVE.
