DSers Standard pricing rule feature is a pricing template that helps you auto-calculate the product sale prices for your selected product cost ranges based on your pricing formula. This template suits your business if you sell in a grocery store, where you gather a wide variety of product categories with different cost ranges.

For example, you sell a shirt and a jacket in a clothing store and their cost are $10 and $20 respectively. If you set the Standard pricing rule of adding $5 to the product cost range of $0-$10 and adding $10 to the product cost range of $10.01-$20, then the shirt’s price will be $15($10+$5=$15) and the jacket’s price will be $30. ($20+$10=$30).

Check this guide for more details about using the rule and the price calculation for your products.

How Standard pricing rule works with Currency and Assign cents on

Assuming that you set the price difference as $10 in your cost range, your store currency is CNY and the current exchange rate is 1USD=6.5CNY, then how much is your product price?
Product cost range/Total cost range Markup Assign cents Price range
0.00-10.00(USD) +20 / x 200% 99 0 -195.99(CNY) / 0 -130.99(CNY)
10.01-20.00(USD) +20 / x 200% 99 195.99 - 260.99(CNY)/ 130.99 - 260.99(CNY)
