Synchronize your store orders

Every time you connect to your DSers account, synchronization will be done automatically in the background to sync your orders from your store.

In case you need to quickly synchronize the orders from your store for whatever reason, here's how you can do it.

Before you start, please note that DSers can synchronize orders generated within a maximum of 30 days at a time. As for the synchronization limit for specific sales channels, you can check the table below.

Sales channel	Synchronization limit
Shopify	Orders in the last 60 days.
WooCommerce	Not any specific limits.
Wix	Orders in the last 90 days.

Synchronize orders from your store manually

Login to DSers > Settings > General Setting > Synchronize to DSers.
In the Synchronize store orders part, select a store in the store selector Dropdown menu and select a date range.
Then click .

The synchronization will be done in a short time and all your orders on your store from the date range you selected will be synchronized with DSers!
