The tracking time range that the feature is available for varies based on your selected plan. Here is the date range limit of each plan.

How to set up tracking number automated update

Login to DSers > Settings > Sales channel Setting > Fulfill Flow Manager.
Scroll to Fulfillment Settings.
Under Tracking Numbers Automated Update, click in front of the option that you desire.
