Import products from your store
DSers allows you to import products in multiple ways. Check this article to learn other methods.
DSers won’t import products created manually in your store or added to your store through other platforms unless your customers have ordered them. If you want to manage these products in DSers, you need to import them to DSers manually.
How to import your store products
- Login to DSers > My Products.
- Click the Sales channel switcher and the Store switcher on the Top Bar to select a store from which you want to export products to DSers.
- Click on IMPORT PRODUCTS FROM XXX (XXX is your selected sales channel, for example, "SHOPIFY") in the same line of suppliers tabs.
- (Optional) In the Pop-up, DSers displays all store products by default. To filter products that have not been imported to DSers, click .
- Click of an item to import a single product or check Multiple Select to import at most 10 products in bulk at a time and click .
- In case you want to import a lot (more than 100) products from your store to DSers, you can contact DSers customer service team to help you simplify this process.
