Why my orders are under Awaiting fulfillment
You may find that your order is under Awaiting fulfillment though it has got a tracking number. This is because you when you set up fulfillment settings, you choose Fulfill items in bulk. That means the part of the order that has been shipped will be moved to the Awaiting fulfillment tab. Until the whole order has been fulfilled by your supplier, the order will be moved to the Fulfilled tab.
