Override phone numbers
For orders to Finland and Netherlands, your customers need to fill in real phone numbers. For more information, please check this guide.
How to set override customer’s phone numbers
- Login to DSers > Settings > Supplier Setting > Order.
- Scroll to the Phone Number Optimization section.
- In the Override phone number part, click on the Country selector to choose a country in the Dropdown menu and enter the phone number that suits the country phone number rules in the box.
- For other countries, click and click on the Country selector to select Global in the Dropdown menu and enter the phone number in the box.
- Click SAVE.
1. If you have manually modified the customer's phone number, DSers will apply the modified version to the order. However, if you change it to empty, DSers will still use the override phone number as the customer’s phone number.
2. If you have also set the default phone number for the same country you choose here, DSers will apply the default phone number settings in the case that your customer does not fill in the phone number.
3. The override phone number can only be applied to one order for one time. This means if you fail to place an order for which the override phone number has applied, it won’t be applied to your order when you place it again.
