Here are 4 possible reasons why you can’t push the products and solutions.
Reason 1: 100+ SKUs (Variants)
Please note that Shopify doesn't support importing products with more than 100 SKUs (variants). If this is the case, you need to delete some SKUs and try again.
- Login to DSers > Import List.
- Click on the Product Card of the product and access the Variants tab.
- Click on the product images to select the variants that you want to delete.
- Click Remove SKU in the same line of Action .
- In the Pop-up, click Yes.
- Click SAVE.
Once you have less than 100 SKUs (variants) of your product, you will be able to push products to Shopify.
Reason 2: Token error
You might sometimes get a "Token error" when you try to push or publish a product from DSers to Shopify. This might be due to a temporary issue with the Shopify server link to DSers. For this reason, you can try to fix the problem with the steps below.
- Login to Shopify > Apps.
- In the Dropdown menu of the Search box, choose the DSers app in the Installed apps part. You will be redirected to DSers.
- Try to push or publish your products.
Reason 3: Not Found
You might sometimes get a "
Not found" error when you try to push or publish a product from DSers to Shopify. This might be due to some errors related to the AliExpress product page.

Reason 4: Store has been deleted
When you try to push products to your store, you may fail to do so. This may be because your store has been deleted from DSers.

this article.
You may encounter the following situations that lead to product push failure. Learn the details and how to fix them.
Reason 1: DSers failed to gain access to your WooCommerce store
Every time when you log in to your DSers account, DSers will automatically examine the access to your WooCommerce store. You can’t push or publish a product if DSers failed to gain access to your WooCommerce store.
Solution: When this situation occurs, an error notification will appear. Please follow the instructions from the notification, then refresh the page to try again.

Reason 2: WordPress memory limit is less than 512MB
You can’t push or publish a product with many variations if your WordPress memory limit is less than 512MB.
Solution: In this case, you will need to contact your web hosting service provider to increase the WordPress memory limit.
Reason 3: Installation of special WordPress plugins
The process of pushing a product from DSers to your WooCommerce store will fail if you have the following WordPress plugins installed: W3 Total Cache or WebP Express.
Solution: You don’t need to uninstall them to fix the issue, here’s what you can do with them:
W3 Total Cache
- Login to WordPress > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Find the W3 Total Cache plugin and click the Settings of it.
- Click on Database Cache.
- Uncheck the box to disable Database Cache.
- Click on Save all settings.
WebP Express
- Login to WordPress > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Find the WebP Express plugin and click the Settings of it.
- Scroll down to find the Conversion method.
- Deactivate Vips, GraphicsMagick, and Imagick (PHP extension).
Now you can go back to DSers and try to push the product again.
Reason 4: Product has over 500 variations
Your single product may have more than 500 variations, which is not allowed to be pushed to your store.
Solution: You can
split the product according to your need and then push the split product to your store.
Here are some possible reasons why you fail to push the product to your store and corresponding solutions.
Reason 1: More than 50 product images
You can not push a product that contains more than 50 images to your store.
Solution: Delete the product directly.
Reason 2: Unavailable store
Your Wix store has been deleted, so you won't be able to push the products to it.
Solution: Try to push the product to another store that is available.
Reason 3: Connection failure
The connection between DSers and your store is abnormal.
Solution: Try to push the products once again.
Reason 4: Option (value) limit
Your product exceeds 6 options, or option values are more than 100 under any option.
Solution: Delete some options or option values in your Wix store.
Reason 5: Title has to be 80 characters or less
Your product title exceeds 80 characters.
Solution: Modify the product title to be less than 80 characters.
Reason 6: Description has to be 8000 characters or less
Your product description exceeds 8000 characters.
Solution: Edit the product description to be less than 8000 characters.
