In case some orders were wrongly fulfilled, whether it is because you accidentally manually fulfilled them on DSers or on Shopify, you can easily roll back those orders and re-order them again.
Here’s how you can do it.
To be able to process your orders with DSers, the status of the orders on Shopify should be unfulfilled.
Shopify has a feature to automatically mark your orders as fulfilled when you receive them, rendering you unable to process the orders with DSers.
Therefore, you need to make sure you have deactivated Shopify autofulfillment feature.
To do so, go to your Shopify admin page, and go to Setting - Checkout
In the Checkout setting, find the Order processing part. Make sure you select "Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items"
Don't forget to SAVE your new settings.
If you order is fulfilled on Shopify as below
It is also fulfilled on DSers. Select the order you want to re-order on DSers. Then click on Roll back orders.
A new window will pop-up, click on Roll back orders.
Enter CONFIRM and click on Yes.
DSers will then move the order to the Awaiting order tab.
Now that the order is back in the Awaiting order tab, you can simply place the order to AliExpress again as you normally would.
