Restore hidden orders

There are several reasons why an order can be hidden in DSers: Hide products in My Products, delete products in My Products but not from your store or turn off the button of the management fulfillment servicen under the Product fulfillment service management setting. However, you may want to learn how to restore them if you want to handle them in DSers. Here are steps you can follow to unhide orders.
How to restore hidden orders
- Login to DSers >
Open Orders. - Click AliExpress/Tmall/Agency/Temu/Unmapped.
- On the top area of the page, in the blue notification, click "here" in the text similar to "1 item(s) are hidden due to hiding product operation.
- Click here to show the items."
- In the Pop-up, select the order(s) that you want to restore.
- Click RESTORE.

The orders exceeding two months cannot be restored.
