Leave a message to suppliers
With the Leave a message to Suppliers feature, you can preset a message to your suppliers for every store order placing, to ask them not to include a receipt or to tell them not to add gifts to the order, etc. Also, you can set up a message to suppliers based on each product.

How to set a message to AliExpress/Agent suppliers
For orders placed to AliExpress or Agents, DSers sets no default messages. You can write messages to suppliers by following the steps below.- Login to DSers > Settings > Supplier Setting > Order.
- In the Leave a message to Suppliers part, click on AliExpress/Agent.
- Click on a store name to expand it.
- In the Message box, enter the message you want to send to your supplier.
- Click .
- (Optional) If you want to set custom messages based on specific products, click on and click on the item bar to set messages for it and don’t forget to click . The custom message for products will have higher priority over the message set for stores.
Under each store message box, you can see there is a Set as default message option. Set as default message means you can use the message as default one that will be applied to stores for which you have not set default messages to suppliers. Please note that:
1. It is selected under the first store message box by default.
2. You can select up to one store message as the default message.

How to view the message sent to your supplier
In case you want to make sure the message is correctly sent with your orders, you can go to AliExpress to check it.- Login to AliExpress > My Orders.
- Click on Order details on the top right of the Order Card for the order you want to check for the message.
