Add internal notes to specific orders
Note is a feature that allows you to make internal notes for specific orders to manage your orders better. For example, if you have employees that help you manage different orders, the feature can be used to mark orders with different people’s names. It is only for yourself to use as DSers will not send it to your suppliers when you place the order.

How to add notes to specific orders
- Login to DSers > Open Orders.
- Find the order for which you want to leave notes, and click in the Note box.
- In the Dropdown box, enter notes for the order.
- Click .
You can click on Search Order, enter the keyword in the top Search box and click to filter the orders whose notes contain the word.
