Send messages to specific suppliers

Sometimes, you or your customers will have special requirements for the orders. You can take advantage of the DSers Message feature to leave a message to a specific supplier.

Here’s how you can do it.

How to send messages to specific suppliers

  1. Login to DSers > dsers-open-orders Open Orders.
  2. Access the Awaiting order/Canceled/Failed orders tab.
  3. Click dsers-more and click Message on the Order Card of the item for which you want to send a specific message.
  4. In the Pop-up, enter the message you want to leave for your supplier.
  5. Click OK.

For orders that your customers have special requirements, you can activate the order notes synchronization feature. Then DSers will help you synchronize the order notes from your store to your suppliers automatically.
